Chicago, Ill. (Wednesday, February 17, 2010) - The Chicago Red Eleven announces the return of six players from last season. Rachael Sloan, Julia Victor, Keli McLaughlin, Krystin Miller, Fanta Cooper and Michele O’Brien will be coming back pending final approval from the United Soccer League.

Chicago, Ill. (Tuesday, February 9, 2010)- Two players from the Big Ten have committed to play for the Chicago Red Eleven, Erin Jacobsen from University of Wisconsin and Danielle Kot from University of Illinois, pending on the United Soccer Leagues’ final approval.

Chicago Red Eleven women’s soccer team of USL’s W-League and team owner Ted Gradel have announced Bonnie Young as the Assistant General Manager and the Director of Camps as well as a player on the team. Young joins the Red Eleven team with a rich background in soccer.

Tampa, Fla. - For the second consecutive year, the W-League season will open with the Hampton Roads Piranhas visiting the Charlotte Eagles in a showdown of two of the league’s oldest teams. The match on Friday, May 14 opens the 163-game schedule for the league, which wraps up regular season play on July 18.

Philadelphia – In the Women’s Professional Soccer Draft held Friday at the NSCAA Convention in Philadelphia, 10 of the 11 First Round selections were players with USL W-League experience. In all, 36 former W-League players were chosen in the seven-round, 65-player draft.

Chicago, Ill. (Tuesday, January 12, 2010) – Chicago Red Eleven of the USL W-League officially announced today that the company has formed a partnership with sports communication company Resolution Sports. The two groups will now align in cross-promotional efforts, with Resolution Sports assuming the communication responsibilities for Chicago Red Eleven.
